The villa has 4 bedrooms, the master suite being accessed by a wrought iron staircase to the upper level of the villa. It has its own en-suite shower room and toilet and a small balcony, which has sea views towards the Bay of Granadella.

The lower level has a further 3 bedrooms, two of them being twin bedded and the other, one with one single bed.

The open plan lounge-diner has a wooden dining suite set for six, two setees, coffee table and units. There is a large television, which is for dvd use only.

From here, the open plan kitchen is fully equipped, with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, coffee maker. All kitchen units are stocked with plates, cutlery and cooking implements. The washing machine is situated outside, at the rear of the kitchen.

Outside, there is a large pool, sunloungers, a purpose brick barbeque and a huge undercover pergola equipped with tables and chairs, for outside dining.
